Daily Grin August 6
The day turned out alright. I spent the day doing "low stress" stuff at work and got to leave early with pay to get a massage. I called this morning and booked a massage for this afternoon. I went with the 1/2 hour because it's been a few years and I didn't want to shock myself!! I'm a little sore from the massage, but at least my head moves again. Gee... I wonder why my neck muscles would have been tight today??
I did stick around long enough for ice cream and today was our day to pick up pizza, as usual. Tomorrow is a busy day for us. Plenty of errands to run and need to squeeze in some relaxing time too.
